This website doesn’t load anything from third-party servers, sets no cookies and doesn’t track anything. That’s why this page is short.
This is an English translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
What this website does
This website consists of static HTML files. There is no database, no contact form, no login, no analytics and no advertising services. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from third parties. No cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device – consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Processing takes place within the European Union or the European Economic Area.
When you visit this website, the host automatically collects access data (so-called server log files): the requested file, time of access, amount of data transferred, a message on whether the request was successful, browser type and version, operating system, referring page and IP address. This data is necessary for operating and securing the website and is not combined with other data sources.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. The log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.
Domain
The domain is registered with IONOS. For registering and maintaining it, the domain holder’s name, address, email address and phone number are processed. Changes to the domain are stored for twelve months.
Contact by email
If you write to me, I will process your information solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or its initiation is concerned, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are kept until the matter has been completed and no statutory retention periods apply.

Social media profiles
EasyGlitter has profiles on Instagram, Threads and Facebook (provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland), on TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, Ireland) and on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). I use them to show my products and to stay in touch with you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in this presentation, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you visit these profiles, the platforms process your data under their own privacy policies, including outside the EU. I have no influence on this. The platforms provide me with aggregated statistics about the use of my profiles (for example reach and interactions); I cannot identify individual people from them. For these statistics I am a joint controller together with Meta or TikTok (Art. 26 GDPR). The platforms have agreed to take primary responsibility and to handle data subject requests: Meta agreement, TikTok agreement.
If you send me a message or leave a comment, I process your details to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). You can exercise your rights with me or directly with the platform, which is usually fastest. Platform privacy policies: Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube/Google.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
