Which tablet do I need?
Any tablet that lets you open and write on PDF files. Ideally, you’ll also want a compatible stylus. The most popular choice is an iPad with Apple Pencil – but it isn’t required; you can also use an Android tablet with a suitable app.
Do the planners work without an iPad?
Yes. The planners are PDF files and work anywhere – on Android tablets, on your computer, even in your browser. Only the Apple Shortcut is exclusive to iPad.
Which app do I need?
A note-taking app that can open hyperlinked PDF files. The most popular ones are GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, ZoomNotes, Samsung Notes, Xodo, Penly and StarNote. A stylus isn’t strictly necessary, but it makes writing and planning easier and more enjoyable.
May I share the planners or stickers?
Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling or publishing the files is not permitted. All planners, stickers and templates are protected by copyright © 2026 EasyGlitter.
Can I print the planners?
In principle, yes – but the pages are designed for screen quality. And of course, the links between pages won’t work on paper.
My links in GoodNotes don’t work. What now?
Make sure GoodNotes is in read-only mode. In writing mode, links can’t be tapped.
Specific questions
PlanSystem 2027
Does the week start on Monday or Sunday?
Your choice! PlanSystem 2027 is available in two versions: one with weeks starting on Monday and one with weeks starting on Sunday.
I’d like to use a different color or layout after all. What now?
Just open your download PDF again and tap through it from the start. You can choose a different layout, a new color and a new cover and download the file again. Anything you’ve already written or added in your old planner can be moved over page by page by selecting, copying and pasting.
How do I use the included stickers?
The stickers are included as PNGs. Download them via page 3 of the download PDF and save them on your tablet or iPad. You can use the PNGs in any planner app.
How do I use the included templates?
Download the templates via page 4 of the download PDF. They’re included as PNGs, once with a transparent and once with a white background. With the white background you can easily cover up what’s already on a planner page – turning a notes box into a habit tracker, for example.
How do I use the included PDF templates?
The PDF templates only work in GoodNotes, where you can insert them just like a sticker. For all other apps or on Android, simply use the identical PNG templates instead.
How do I import the GoodNotes sticker files?
The GoodNotes stickers are included as sticker collections. In an open GoodNotes document, tap the sticker icon, swipe all the way to the right in the bar at the bottom, tap +, choose “Import from …” and then select the file ending in .collection from your files.
How do I import the Noteful sticker files?
The Noteful stickers are included as sticker packs. In an open Noteful document, tap the sticker icon, then tap + in the bar at the bottom, choose “Import File” and then select the file ending in .noteful-stickers from your files.
